Display one product categry on bottom of information page

Hey there,

Want to have an information page for "new users" of the product.

On that page would like to show a box with items in the "budget" category on that page. Any thoughts on how to do that?

I have gotten as far as making a custom layout and applying it to that page, but how do I get a single category to display on a page?
