[RELEASED] News Module

I hereby present my first mod for Opencart, after some nights of playing around with Opencart i managed to figure it out.
As of now the module is very easy, but I'm already working on categorized news articles, and i have news comments and ratings in the planning for the module.
It requires NO-SETUP, just give permissions and you are set to roll.

If it does give errors, feel free to post in this topic or PM me and i will get to fixing the issue right away.

It is also possible to create / remove them from the admin panel

This version includes a category system that will allow you to categorize your news.
It also allows you look into every news item per category, and you can add descriptions to the categories.
