Remove Fax Number, Card Issue Number, and Valid From Date

How can I remove the Fax Number, Card Issue Number, and Valid From Date from the checkout process? They are unnecessary and I would like to get rid of them. What do I remove in the Controller and View files for the checkout? I removed it initially from the checkout TPL and it stalled and wouldn't go through because it was missing information that the controller was calling.

I should update this: I'm using Paypal Website Payments Pro.

It would rather be in the pp_pro.php model file. Although, Paypal WPP does require the card issue number, from date to date information. This is mandatory from their API ...
