I am using the Authorize.net module running in OC 1.4.8. I am having the issue where the order processing page does not proceed beyond the "Please Wait" message after payment has been submitted. In this case, payment is processed (live), receipts and invoices are emailed and the order shows up in the admin portal, it just doesn't go to the next page. I have also noticed that nothing is showing up in my error log.

Any ideas?

I am on version 1.4.8b and have tried using an authorize.net payment module (with test account) and the paypal payment pro (with sandbox account). Both seem to be stuck on "Please wait" although the payments are going through on both.

I have searched the forums and saw this thread http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php ... 068#p79068 but cannot find the code in catalog/model/checkout/order.php Is this code in another file? What could I be missing???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might have added an old mod to your store that replaced that file. Grab that file from the 1.4.8b zip and replace it. Then make the change

I've also seen the please wait being caused by setting mail to smtp instead of just using the mail program and having the wrong username or password. (like if you change your email password).

i fixed my problem of the paypal hanging up
I changed the mail setup from smtp to mail and it take about 4 secs to process I think it was hanging up in because the mail was not working right
This Was My Fix for 3 of my websites running on godaddy.com
Hope this helps some of the people that have the same problem
