I have the USPS Shipping module installed on Open Cart 1.5.1. I have create a web tools account and called them to move it into production. Nothing is happening. No errors or anything like others have mentioned.

I even went and applied the "usps_15x_firstclass_patch" to see if that would help, but no luck.

Any suggestions on how to get this thing working?

If you aren't getting errors then I wonder if it is even activating for you.
Check that you have it set to the correct geozone or all zones and that it is enabled.

I created 2 Geo Zones. 1 called USA which contained all USA Zones and 1 called USA-TX which contained TX for sales tax purposes. The USPS module is set to USA zone. I have tried switching to All Zones briefly, but no luck there either.

OK. Problem is now solved. It turns out my host was blocking the outgoing connections. I logged into the control panel and allowed them.

I searched and this thread is the closest I came. I had the ups and usps modules set up and until I got the production server going for usps I was getting same error. Once I got production set up neither ups or usps works. No error. Just the loading icon and then nothing. Is this the same problem that you solved above?

I don't think it is exactly the same. I never tried using it before the production server, only after. You could check if your host is blocking connections, it should be visible in your control panel, or available through a quick trouble ticket to support.
