I'm running in local. The default language of the store is spanish (and english disabled). Using OC 1.5.1.3.1 and VQmod 2.1

that means, if i choose the english language, i wouldn't have this problem?

i can't believe that no one installed the vqmod with a other language than english!?

people have installed vqmod with other languages, that's not the problem. the problem is when people delete the English language and just use one other language. The cart by default uses English as a fall back if any of the required language files don't exist in the other languages used
i have a similar problem when i click System > Settings
i then get this error...

I had a simliar problem after installing the news151b extension on a multilingual site.
"Notice: Error: Could not load language module/news! in /www/htdocs/xxxx/OpenCart/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_library_language.php on line 27"
Running default language German, it didn't find the language file, so I simply uploaded the "news.php" from english into
OpenCart/admin/language/de_DE/module folder.
This way I had no more error and could enter admin section again.

yeah, that is actually a requirement of any multi-lingual store, that you copy the language files from the english folder to your selected language, and edit to the correct language. vQmod language edits are also needed in the same fashion, where you copy the language edit for your specific language, and change the file path and text
@JAY6390 Thanx man, I'm kind of a newbie with OpenCart, but I really wanted a news/blog system for a multilingual site,
the okmarket.com-News/Blog http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... ESC&page=2 seems to be working fine as soon as you insert the other news.php files in the other language directories.

It will be back in 1.5.2
So for now, if you have a module that only comes with an english file. you will need to clone that file to all your other languages or you will get this error.

I have a similar problem in my store (1.5.4.1) when i'm updating the orderstatus and the notify customer box is checked.
Error: Could not load language norwegian! in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_library_language.php on line 41
The language file is named norwegian.php and so is the folder located is catalog/language, also the language settings in the store is pointing to norwegian, both file and folder name.
