Option Combination and custom theme

Hi there,

I have found a solution to my options problem using this extension:

However, it will not show in my custom theme only the default theme. I have copied the same code from the view/theme/default/product/product.tpl into my view/theme/mythemename/product/product.tpl file and still no luck.

Any ideas why the options only show in the default theme and not the custom theme?
