I would modify templales as follows:
Add the banner only
Add banner,
move language and search button to under header menu
Please give me any comments
Can we create some templates such as OSC STS?

Yeah you should. Maybe get business development onto them.

Yeh getting on Template Monster will bosst the user base I think.
I have put in a wish on their wish page: http://www.templatemonster.com/wishbox.php asking them to start listing opencart templates.
Im planning on doing a few really nice ones in the next few months once I get a spare few days.
But mean time everyone should vists the templatemonster link above and ask for opencart templates
