Problems to activate a free flat shipping module

Hey Guys,

i wanted to copy a free flat module. I copied a working module and changed every name in every related file.
i installed the "new" module and enabled it without any problems.
when i go to my checkout and i click on next, nothing happens. If i disable the added module, it works fine again.

Any idea? No Error logs appeared.

This means there is an error somewhere in the code.

It could be as little as a missing bracket or ;

Try doing a search for the old extension name (e.g. 'flat') in the
catalog / model / shipping / <filename>.php
file as this is likely where the problem lies.
