Shipping modules not working

Hi
"No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance!" msg appeared during checkout. Although I've enabled shipping modules: -

1.) pick up from store
2.) free shipping
3.) royal mail.

Please help.

And also I'm i able to take out the
"Gift vouchers, Affiliates & specials" under Extras? We do not wish them to be appeared on the website.
