SOLVED please Help With multi flat rate shipping Extention

Hi, i have asked this in the extention section but had no responce so thought id try the general aswell.

Hello,

I have installed the Multi Flat rate shipping extension but when you do get to the Delivery Method Section there is an extra selection reading £0.00. IE insted of reading

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

select

small packet 4.75
Courier charge 9.54

there is an extra one above these with no name and a price of £0.00, which means they have a free P&P but they shouldn't have. Please Please can some one advise me on how to sort this problem.

Please ask for any other information needed.
