Add a new Field in product table

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to add a field in product table and retrieve data from that field; my objective is to use a single table for abroad price and local price, I have added a new field to the product table called price_overseas and I can retrieve data from the field on home, products & catalog but it didn’t work on cart I have tried various trial and error method and it didn’t work out well.
How to get price_overseas values from product table and use it in cart?
