USPS Problems OC 1.5.1.3

I hope someone can help me out. I followed all guidelines on here and I'm coming up with a problem when I activate USPS for a shipping option in the admin. When activated, during checkout, if you select "My delivery and billing addresses are the same." and hit continue, It doesn't move to the next step of checkout. When unselected it moves to the next page. I contacted USPS as mentioned in an earlier post, to put me on Production server and it's been taken care of.

I currently have the USPS module deactivated.

I found the problem. Needed USPS Patch.
