How to install arvixe ssl

I was wondering how to install the arvixe SSL. Is it secure or not ?? if not what SSL is cost effective ande secure.

You'll first need a dedicated IP which is $2 per month. Following that, you can purchase a SSL certificate for $25.99 per year.
