Shipping help needed

I have a client that wants shipping based on per item. Easy enough by itself. But they also need it er item per manufacturer.

For example in her warehouse she has XXX YYY and ZZZ products. Her Supplier A has 111 222 333 stocked and Supplier B has 444 555 666 stocked.

Shipping would be 5.00 for first item then 2.00 for any item coming from another warehouse. So if you ordered aaa 111 555 your shiping would be

AAA - $5.00
111 - $2.00
555 - $2.00

If you ordered
AAA - $5.00
BBB - $0.00
CCC - $0.00

Or if you ordered
AAA - $5.00
BBB - $0.00
111 - $2.00

Get the idea?

Anyway to do this? Any ideas
