Im suggesting this,
Somewhere in the user profile - a place to upload a small profile image or avatar.
This image will be used on the Product Reviews or any other comments made by this individual.
The user can supply this upon sign-up or later under edit profile.
And then have the User-Avatar shown instead of the product-image shown in the Reviews-Sidebar-Module.
The idea behind this is to KEEP EXISTING CUSTOMERS coming back by giving them a sort-of identity on the site.
Also helps make the reviews more believable with an actual face or image to go with just text.
It creates more content for your site over time.
