I installed vQmod it has things in the vqmod cache, and vQmod won't show up in modules. It was also weird how when i installed it it said it's already installed than i tried replacing index.php from / and /admin to original than it said vQmod is now installed. But still won't show anything in modules.

vQmod isn't a module
It is a hidden engine that runs in the background. You know it is working if you see files in your vqcache folder after reloading your homepage.
If you want something in the module area.. you can search for the free extension "vQmod Manager"
