How do I change the text "enquiry" to "inquiry" on the contact us page?

Go to the catalog/language/english/information/contact.php file.
Change

// Email
$_['email_subject']  = 'Enquiry %s';
to

// Email
$_['email_subject']  = 'Inquiry %s';
