I am have some difficulty using Google Analytics Ecommerce tracking to measure successful sales through WorldPay. I have installed the GA Ecommerce tracking javascript on catalog/view/theme/default/template/common/success.tpl using the vQmod described in this post. I am using a Relay Response URL of /index.php?route=payment/worldpay/callback and have Shopper Response enabled in WorldPay.

When I set the WorldPay module to Test mode, and perform transactions, the data appears correctly in GA the next day. However, when I disable Test mode, transaction data ceases to appear in GA.

Does the routing change in Live mode i.e. should I be tagging a different success page? Or is it something else?

Can anyone help me with this? What page should the GA Ecommerce tag be placed on?

Has anyone had much luck with tracking eCommerce stuff with Worldpay as a payment gateway?

The only way I can think of doing it is using the callback url or something? As the user isnt actually sent back to the website after a successful payment?

Ive read a few things on the subject but they all seem a TONN of work, for not *that* accurate results.

Any advice or ideas welcome :) O0

The process isn't too complicated, depending on what info you need.

Most of the time, if you are just looking at tracking conversions (e.g. reaching the success page) then you can put some common code in the success controller or in the final common checkout order step that all payments go through. That lets you get the information like order details, totals, etc.

If you are looking for some customizations, let me know and we can discuss.
