Product options help needed

Hi there, I am currently building a site using opencart(www.curvaceousclothing.org) and I am having a few problems.

Basically, I am selling clothes online and the clothing items come in different colours and sizes, I can set the product options but I am having trouble when it comes to setting quantities. At the moment, I cant have the two(size+colour) linked. For example, I want to be able to set quantities for coulour=Black and size=16, colour=Black+size=18, colour=blue+size=16 ect... But I can only set for each seperate option(eg. black quantity=...size 16 quantity=...)

Also, I want to be able to have a menu bar that I can have my own custom links to, for example, I want to be able to have "home" and "about" and things like that instead of the categories

Most newer extensions require the addition of vQmod (free) to work without you having to edit lots of files

I have a problem -
I have product called SMALL which I set the "Dimensions (L x W x H)" to this product - Now if I create and option for MEDIUM and LARGE - where would I enter the dimensions for these options as it only allows to enter "WEIGHT" difference.
Is there a module that can do this?
Because if the option is bigger than that also is going to influence the size of the parcel for shipping.
Somebody help!!!!!
