The extension allows you to send e-mails to customers that have abandoned their order. This extension will pay for itself countless times with the amount of sales you will recover. Find out if your shipping prices are too high, learn about difficulties a customer experienced during checkout and show the customers that you care and want to make sure they are happy with your store!
In order to prevent duplicate or inaccurate e-mails, only one e-mail will go out per customer e-mail address, even if they have multiple abandoned orders. In addition, no e-mails will be sent to customers that have completed an order within 48 hours of abandoning one. In the event that a customer has many abandoned orders within 48 hours of each other, the extension will use the information from the most recent abandoned order to send the e-mail.

I've already purchased the v1.4 mod, but am looking to update to v1.5 in the near future.
This mod is really handy to have.
If all else fails, I can probably convert it to v1.5 on my own, but then comes the dilemma of whether to then release it or not. Most of it wouldn't be my original code and there's no way of knowing if the original developer has abandoned the project.

I guess if the coder didn't reply neither visit the forum since June, then it's clear that the extension is abandoned.
If anyone feels that they can upgrade this extension then it's safe to do so.
Now, puting it in extension (free/paid) is questionable. Better ask Daniel for approval 1st.
