NOCHEX payment integration problem

hello there

I have integrated NOCHEX on my shopping cart payment extension. The actual files i got are from NOCHEX people.
It worked the very first time but now everytime i try to do a test payment i get this

on top of my page and the NOCHEX Payment option is not there on the payment information screen.

Using opencart 1.4.9.5
if anyone want to try i have created a test account

Add a product ----> checkout ----> select address (DING DONG )
and theres the error
ps still working on images so no image show and nochex is in test mode

I don't know if nochex was working back in 1.4.9.5
Try grabbing the one from 1.4.9.6 and see if that works
