Shopper Land theme

Hi there,

I am wondering does anyone know will the shopper land theme work with opencart v1.4.9.6, I know it will work with OC v1.4.9.5 but not sure about 6, if not is it a big job to download 1.4.9.5 and copy over my current store to it.
