Order Completion Problems? part 2

Hi,

I've just installed the latest version of Opencart and successfully created a Paypal sandbox account to work with Opencart.

The problem I'm encountering is, orders paid via paypal is not shown in the Order History. Looking inside the database table, the transaction was not recorded.  When I do COD payment, transaction is recorded.

Is this a bug when working with Paypal sandbox?

slow paypal call outs back to the site

I've enabled paypal IPN and set the URL back to my site http:///index.php?controller=checkout_success

Is this what you meant?

the IPN calls back is dynamic for each order seting it to the controler only may be your issue as it is now not passing back any ref number to the cart to activate the order



NO setting in paypal need to be setup for this to work

You also need to check stuff like you have set the correct email address in the paypal admin. If you are using a testing server make sure you are not using localhost etc...
