Looks like a configuration issue of some sort to me.

If you PM me your Opencart admin login details I can take a look at it.

Hey,
I'm having a similar problem, in Internet Explorer it shows up as a 500 error in Firefox nothing shows up. Were you able to solve it?

I uploaded all the files and I wasn't sure if pear was installed so I installed it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Raj

What's in your error_log? It will tell you there what went wrong.

Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig

I feel bad even asking, but where are the logs? I tried searching the forums and couldn't find out where the are. I'm new to open cart and php/mySQl. Thanks

On some hosting environments, the log will usually be a "error_log" file that appears in a specified directory or even the root directory.
If you want to check where it is you'll need to view your PHP settings;

1. Make a file & call it phpinfo.php
2. Put the following code into it

Code: Select all

<?php phpinfo(); ?>
3. Run it from your browser. eg. localhost/phpinfo.php
4. Find the "error_log" column and look at the path to the file.

Note: Some hosts might disable this function, so it's not a definite science. If disabled, you'll need to browse around your website directory or outside the root, to see if it appears there. If you have Cpanel, you can simply look for the error log from there.
