Need Module: Buy an item get a different item free

Hi all. I dont know if this module already is in production - i have looked through the site and cant find it so i will assume its not.

I want a module that does this:

Buy x amount of product y get product Z free of charge

So a customer buys 3 lets say boxes of chocolates, they get a free bottle of wine

If this is possible then please post here or if you know of a module that does this please point me in the right direction!

I do that by using the discount coupon.

Create a coupon called 'freeitem'
Set a value on the coupon of the price of the item you wish to offer
Set parameters within the coupon for min purchase value (specific to items if you wish)
Post the item you wish to give as a product
In the details of the product, explain how to redeem the coupon.
