Multiple Flat Shipping Rates

Hi,
I'm a new user of opencart script and I really like it. I'm looking to do some custom works in Flat Shipping Rate module. Want to set different flat rates for different states, like as-

State Name Flat Shipping Rate
Texas $10.00
Utah $15.00
Ohio $12.00
Georgia $20.00

I trust, I could make you understand the situation. Can any programer help me to solve the problem?

First, set up Geo Zones for each state. Then, use the weight-based shipping module to set a flat rate (by entering a single high rate like 99999:10.00) for each Geo Zone. When a customer checks out, they'll only see the rate that applies to their Geo Zone.

It shows $10.00 for all zones. I want different rates for different states.

Ignore the Flat Rate Shipping module -- you can't do multiple flat rates in it. Instead, use the Weight-Based Shipping module (which has support for multiple Geo Zones, or in your case, multiple states) to set a single high rate for each state.
