Shipping for Commercial and Residential Customers

On the shipping options in the admin section, UPS and FedEx have options of quoting residential or commercial addresses. Say many of the customers are commercial, but what about customers that are residential. Is there an option for both? How does the program differentiate if you can only choose one option in the admin section?

Its possible you might have to duplicate the module but yet again you might run into problem customer has to choose.

Ideal would be to replicate and display shipping based on customer.
Example : Say Fedex & Fedex1 (duplicate)
Fedex only triggered if the customer is commercial group.
Fedex1 only triggered when customer is residential.
