i have a store i am from Pakistan. i want to accept credit card from my overseas clients. like i have couple of clients from us, uk, canada, and from other countries also.
i want to add different shipping charges depends on country and state on checkout from moneybookers merchant.
i am confused which module will help to sort this issue.
please suggest me any module or how to sort it out.

i want to use moneybookers credit card merchant. i will use different courier services like DHL, DEX, TCS..
i want to put shipping charges by weight and to different state and all state courier charges are different.
and can we put processing fees separate ?
