I have no idea why it's on and enabled and working as default? Kind of annoying to have to go keep removing it all the time

Just remove it once from the Taxes, I see no issue with it.

What are those "Fixed-Amout Tax-Rates" for, anyways?!? (And is anybody actually using it?!?)
Kinda strange, to add a fixed amount of tax to a product, and then that same amount for every option the customer selects...
Or is that not supposed to happen (a bug)?
