Hello there,
I run WAMP on my PC so that I can do all testing before I go live on the websites for clients,
Now ive run into something puzzling,

I upgraded to 1.5.1.3 (from 1.5.1.1) using the patch files, all went smooth as expected, but the admin page still states version 1.5.1.1 in the footer, I checked the index.php page in admin, and the version is 1.5.1.3 ?

I refreshed and cleared cache, but it still shows as 1.5.1.1, any advice please?

PS do we still loose options on upgrades?

Sounds like you didn't upload the new files. Namely the admin/index.php file

Could you be so kind as to answer the other question, does this upgrade still loose the "options" on products? do I need to redo them? I didnt have options on the locally installed cart, but do on the live site, thanks

Only the 1.4.x to 1.5.x loses options. You don't lose options if you already have a version of 1.5.x
