PSD 2 OpenCart Template

I hope this is the appropriate forum for it. If not, please (re)move this topic.

I'm looking for someone who can theme a PSD-file into valid xhtml/css OpenCart template for me.

I'm planning on learning it myself, but for this project I don't have the time for that.

Although normally cheaper is better, I'm also looking for quality, not just for price, so please contact me at: mark [at) poppen {dot> ca with some of your previous work.

Also, there's an attachment with the mock up of the design.
