Free Shipping over £25

Hey,

Having problems with the free shipping module.

Have selected it to make the sub total amount before it activates free shipping £25

And have then setup standard Royal Mail.

It doesn't seem to work however and just tells me no shipping method available to "contact us" for information.

Any help would be great!
