Affiliate approval/Login issue

Hi,

I enabled an affiliate program in the jewelry store I'm managing,
In the module:
- no problem with registration (Also sending an email that the registration was received and awaits for approval)
- I don't find (In the admin panel) where to approve the affiliate registration
- attempting to login with the new User & Pass failed (the message: Warning: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password.)

----How do i approve new affiliate registerees / what's the problem?

I already gave answer for that, go Sales -> Costumers -> Costumers and check the account you want to approval and then click approve

I did go there - I see option to approve/activate there only general accounts - no mentioning for affiliate aprrovals

I just figured this out. It isn't very obvious.
In the admin go to
Sales
Affiliates
Check the account you want to approve
Along the top are the headers. Go to the "Approved" column and select "yes"
Click the "approve" button.

Ozgirl is right, it is really not very obvious. Every other module has you clicking on the item and selecting an option inside the category/item or whatever. If Ozgirl hadn't mentioned it - I might never have found it.

Can anyone tell me if affiliates are to get emails when approved or how to use the tracking code? I've setup a test affiliate and approved. I can generate the code but never did I receive a message to do this. Thought an email was to go automatically. Thoughts?

Why is there only an approve option and not a disapproved option??

There is an affiliate Status, which you can set to Disabled on affiliate edit page.

Problem here to approve the affiliate.

I can see it in backend (sales / affiliates) but if i check them to approve and click approve it opens a new admin screen and the approve still stays on NO.

Where can be that problem?

I have same problem to approve affiliates and customer account (both)
OC 1.5.1.3

any idia?
