Need a custom mod made (refferal/discount via link)

Hi all. I need quoting on a mod to be made for the latest version of opencart.

Bascially my client has an online store already, and wants to be able to supply discount links to his clients to put on their website (eg pizzahut - www.store.com/pizzahut) which would bring them into the store, but only show them a select few products from the existing store (www.store.com) and apply a discount automatically to these products.

In theory the store would appear as normal, but they'd be on a page that had say 8 or 9 products featured infront of them with a discount applied to them. When someone orders one of these products the clients name (eg. pizzahut) would need to appear on the order so we can distinguish these orders from normal orders on the site.

I could do with a cost for this before Thursday if possible so I can present this to my client. I will then potentially need this building in the next 2-3 weeks.
