1.5.1.1 to 1.5.1.3 have lost the images in catalog and admin

Did an upgrade from 1.5.1.1 to 1.5.1.3 and have lost the images in both catalog and admin online.
did the CTRL-F5 twice after upgrade and that didnt help.

Any suggestions? I really dont want to reinstall if I dont have to
