payment modules???

Hi newbie here, go easy.

Is paypal the only payment gateway available? my paypal account is permantly limited so i cant use that. all the other say 'in developement' , i want to use mal's ecommerce and no chex. Can anyone help me or advise me what to do??

SagePay will be available in 1.2.9 which is imminent.
