[SOLVED] File to edit for shopping cart on 1.5.X?

Hi, I need to make changes to option listings on the shopping cart page and cannot find if that is a module, view, or a Javascript/JQuery file.

Can someone please help me out on this?

catalog/controller/checkout/cart.php is the place to look along with catalog/view/theme/default/template/checkout/cart.tpl
