Error: Could not load model shipping/zone!

This is the message I get each time I try to checkout with a product for shipping in the basket in both local store and hosted store:

Error: Could not load model shipping/zone!

i think you must have done an upgrade.

i recommend going into the setting table of your db manguager. got extensions and remove the zone entry.

I've got this error too having just upgraded to 1.2.7
Could you give me chapter and verse on how to resolve - not as switched on as the other guys here!
