I notice the default affiliate earnings are 5%, how can I change this to 10%?

Thank you, I found it and changed the affiliate rate to 10%

Where would be a good place to announce or list it for people looking for LED light bulbs?

In January in the USA people will start to replace their old incandescents because of the energy efficiency law. LED light bulbs use 90% electricity and contain no toxic mercury vapor that CFL fluorescents use.
