The following tabs are missing
Extensions
Sales
Reports
The dashboard does not show statistics or latest 10 orders or overview. I am totally new to the site. The site has been transferred from buydiwalicrackers.com to ecofriendlydiwali.com
Please help me solve the problem

edit the Top Administrator Group
You should see two section, all of which should have ticks next to everything

I am assuming I have to do this from the adminstration panel.
The systems tab has only two drop downs - 1) Settings 2)Users.
I could not find anything named User groups.
In Users there is only one user named adminstration. I did not find any thing where I can tick.

If this is a new installation, it seems that some of the files did not upload correctly.
Please re-upload the whole admin folder apart from admin/config.php

This time I got it back to the old state. I uploaded just the admin folder like you said. The site itself is working fine but www.ecofriendlydiwali.com/admin is showing a internal server error. i checked the permissions of all the files. They are set to 755 for folders. I dont know what is happening with this. I am probably asking too many questions 
check your server error logs for the exact error message
