How do I make products appear on Home page?

Hello, well I just installed a clean copy of OpenCart and deleted every default products and categories and now that I created new products, they're not appearing on the home page?

Extensions - Modules

You can install the 'Latest' module if you want to show your last n products

You will need to click the add module button when editing and set the layout to home and position to content top

You can feature certain products on the home page.

again in Extensions - Modules, edit the 'Featured' module.

Start typing product names and they should appear in a drop down. Click the one you want to add

Repeat as desired

i installed "featured" and edit it, i can type product name and save, but nothing happend on the homepage.

Did you click the add module button bottom right when editing featured?

That is where you assign your featured items to layouts

You have to choose where to show the module. You could show it on category pages or information pages, but you have to set each one by using the add module button.

If you want it just on the homepage, then add module and set layout to home and choose which position to display it (left, right or centre).

I did click the add modoule button, and i had "layout", "position" .. filled, and it can be displayed on my homepage, but just nothing in "featured", no products, it was all blank.

wondering how can i make my products displayed in "featured" section.
