No Navigation in the backend after setup

Hello,
I´m a new user of OpenCart. I´ve successfully installed the package on my webserver and deleted the install directory. When i log me into the backend, I only can see the "Home" link and the "Statistics", but I can´t see the menu für configure my shop.
I´ve no idea, where the problem is. Anybody an idea?

Try re-uploading the admin section but do not re-upload config.php as this will overwrite all of your settings.

That was my Problem... I think, filezilla has a bug at the new version, even he has not uploaded all of the files!
