Multiple Image uploads

Dear all,

I am currently building my site but find that I have to upload images individually, I have lots of different products and wondered if there was a quicker way to upload these, either Via the FTP or a mod?

I'm sorry if this is a repeated question, Have looked in the forum but can't find it.

Hey, sorry I can't help but I just want to say I am having exactly the same problem. I have a few thousand products to upload but I can't seem to get the images to work even with the bulk export/import module. Everything works but the images. I've tried uploading the images to the "image" folder but it doesn't seem to acknowledge them.

Ok think I figured it out. Upload all of your images via ftp to the "cache" folder under "image" folder in the root. Just update the image url to include "cache" in your spreadsheet and it should work fine.

Yeah sorry about that. Got confused and have it working properly now. Just upload it to the image folder and it should work fine. I was having trouble with xls files not uploading properly.
