[Solved] Adding another block to add a module [Solved]

I am trying to find if this has been discussed but I'm having problems finding a thread that explains how to do it.

I have managed to add a DIV between the header and the container DIV, but now I wish to be able to add to this new DIV a module (see image), reason behind this is that I wish to move the slideshow out of the content_top location into the New Module DIV.

Any ideas????? Anyone????
