Anyone recommend a flash developer?

I'm looking to add a custom decal creator module to my store that I have seen on other decal/sticker store web sites. Basically, it allows the customer to enter a text field and then allows them to customize by selecting a font, color and size. Then somehow on the back end sends that info as a product for purchase. Anyone know anyone that can write such a program? Here's a link to an example. Any help appreciated!
