I don't know if it is a bug or not but I cant find a way to fix it myself
Whenever I receive an order on my cart it shows the status as "cancelled"
It is clearly not cancelled as payment goes through seamlessly.
If it's not a bug could someone please guide me through a fix
Please bear in mind I am still a bit of a novice at this

I am using version 1.4.9.4 and Paypal as payment method.
It's not been up and running for long and I have only had 2 orders so far. both of them show status as canceled.
I had a friend do a dummy order and it hapened again.
It isnt interfering with the order process and payments go through ok
I installed it a few months ago without any upgrades

Sorry to necro post on this but I am having the same issue. I am using the latest version of OC, and I have gone to settings > edit > Options and I have the following set up in orders :
Order Status : Processing
Processing Order Status : Processing
Complete Order Status : Complete
However I have done a couple of dummy orders with bank transfer set up as a payment method and every order has come through as cancelled on the order email....could someone please point out where I am going wrong here please.
