How can I set it up so that the admin gets the same info as the customer.

We need it emailed to us and have account info, shipping, items quanities, the note, everything...

the feature you're looking for is not currently part of opencart.

i contributed a mod that will CC the customer invoice email to the admin email.

works with opencart 0.7.6.1.
