I have an online store (www.bizzyhome.co.uk). Am new to Opencart. When non-XP users try to enlarge a product image by clicking on it it does enlarge, but they can only see the top half of it. They cannot scroll to see the rest or to see where to move to next image or to exit to sales page. I am XP and don't have a problem so it was difficult to picture the problem as reported to me, but a screen print showed this as best way of describing the problem. Investigation has shown that Windows 10 and Vista folks have the problem, but not XP or Apple users. No idea about smart-phone browsers. My web-host / developer has been less than helpful, saying it must be an issue with OpenCart. I have no idea which version of Opencart I have. This is a link to a random product page. http://www.bizzyhome.co.uk/shop/KidKraf ... 20DELIVERY
Please click on it and see what happens. If you get a full image, are you on XP? And what system do you use if you only get a part image. Any feedback / help / ideas would oblige.
You have a 1.4x series shop from the look of it, and this sounds like the IE9 + thickbox problem. It only appears in IE9, so XP users don't see it.bizzypeter wrote:...When non-XP users try to enlarge a product image by clicking on it it does enlarge, but they can only see the top half of it. There are a couple of fixes on the thread I've linked to, plus another here

Hope that helps to sort it out.
