Hi,

I'm an Opencart newbie, hoping someone can please help me!

I've tried putting a payment through on my store (using both WorldPay and PayPal). The customer receives a receipt ok but myself as the administrator doesn't get an email, nor does it appear on my "Orders" page.

When I filter it as a missing order I can see the orders but surely something is wrong.

I'm using Opencart version 1.4.9.5.

Appreciate any help you can give.

This has to do with your payment modules.

Search on Worldpay or PayPal here on these forums.

In most cases the customer did not complete the order the correct way and that is why the status of the order did not get updated and thus ending up as missing order.

If payment is received then you can adjust the order status manually.

Thanks! Ive got PayPal working now but the issue is now with WorldPay. Has anyone ever got WorldPay to work?

I've entered the Mechant ID and Password ok. All orders just go into Missing orders and no email.
